That’s why we pay close attention to every detail of the production and shipping process to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.

Production Methods

To help ensure the delivery timeframe of your order, Copykrea offers three production methods: Rush, Priority, and Standard.

The Rush Production method is the fastest option available. Your files receive top priority within our production facility so they can enter production ahead of other orders and be prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. We recommend this option if you need to receive your order as soon as possible.

The Priority Production method provides faster processing than Standard Production by giving your files priority within the production queue, although with a lower priority level than Rush Production. It is an excellent alternative if you would like to receive your order quickly but do not require the fastest possible delivery.

With the Standard Production method, your files enter our production facility with a lower printing priority while still ensuring delivery within the estimated timeframe provided before completing your purchase. This is the most suitable option if you do not need your order urgently.

You will be able to select your preferred production method when placing your order and entering your shipping address. During checkout, we will display the available options for your order, along with their cost and estimated delivery timeframe, so you can choose the option that best meets your needs before confirming your purchase.

Please note that Rush and Priority Production methods may not always be available (and therefore may not appear as options during checkout) at certain times, in specific geographic areas, or for particular types of orders. This may occur, for example, during periods of high demand, for especially large jobs, or due to specific order characteristics that make it difficult to guarantee delivery timeframes while maintaining our usual service standards.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout once you have entered your delivery address and selected your production and shipping methods. The amount may vary depending on the destination, selected production method, order weight, or total purchase amount. To view the exact shipping cost, simply configure your order and enter your shipping information. We will automatically display the available options and their costs before you confirm your purchase.

Below, you can find estimated delivery times and shipping costs based on destination. Please note that these may vary depending on the selected production method and the characteristics of your order.

Shipping Within the United States

Orders with Standard Production:

• Estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 days business days.
• Shipping cost: from $4.95 to $9.95. Free for orders over $100.

Orders with Priority Production:

• Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days.
• Shipping cost: from $4.95 to $19.95.

Orders with Rush Production:

• Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days, provided your order is placed before 6 a.m. ET.
• Shipping cost: from $9.95 to $24.95.

For these shipments, we will primarily use Fedex or DHL Express as our shipping carriers.

Shipping to the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area

Orders with Standard Production:

• Estimated delivery time: 4 to 6 business days.
• Shipping cost: from $4.95 to $9.95. Free for orders over $100.00.

Orders with Priority Production:

• Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days.
• Shipping cost: from $4.95 to $19.95.

Orders with Rush Production:

• Estimated delivery time: 1 to 2 business days, provided your order is placed before 6 a.m. ET.
• Shipping cost: from $9.95 to $24.95.

For these shipments, we will primarily use FedEx and DHL Express as our shipping carriers.

Shipping to Remote Areas of the United States

Orders with Standard Production:

• Estimated delivery time: 4 to 8 business days.
• Shipping cost: from $4.95 to $9.95. Free for orders over $100.00.

Orders with Priority Production:

• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 6 business days.
• Shipping cost: from $4.95 to $19.95.

Orders with Rush Production:

• Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days, provided your order is placed before 6 a.m. ET.
• Shipping cost: from $9.95 to $24.95.

For these shipments, we will primarily use FedEx and DHL Express as our shipping carriers.

Minimum Order Surcharge

If your order does not reach $10, a minimum order surcharge of $5.95 will be applied to cover the setup and startup costs of our printing equipment. This surcharge will appear in your order summary and at checkout and is additional to any Standard or Priority Production charges.

In other words, please note that you may see a small additional charge at checkout if your order at Copykrea does not meet the required minimum purchase amount.

General Considerations

Please note that promotional offers may occasionally improve the pricing of production methods and, therefore, are not reflected on this page. In addition, the transit times shown here may be subject to occasional changes and extensions due to capacity constraints at our production facility or shipping carriers (especially during high-demand periods such as back-to-school seasons, quarter or semester changes, or special promotional events).

Please also note that Copykrea offers different payment methods, and depending on the option selected, your purchase may or may not be validated immediately. As a result, your order may or may not be forwarded to our production facility right away for processing and shipment. If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, your files will not enter production and delivery times will not begin until payment has been received and verified in our bank account.

The preferred shipping carriers listed on this page for the various delivery areas may be changed by Copykrea whenever necessary.

Please also note that if our customer service team contacts you regarding issues, anomalies, or questions related to your files or orders, the delivery timeframe will begin only once those matters have been resolved with you.

Copykrea shall not be held responsible if your printed materials cannot be delivered due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If, for reasons attributable to the customer and not to the shipping carrier or Copykrea, the order cannot be delivered to the address provided, Copykrea will have up to 30 days to reship the order. We reserve the right to charge shipping fees again, even if shipping was originally free of charge. The customer will always be informed of this situation.

Copykrea shall also not be held responsible if your copies cannot be delivered within the estimated timeframe due to adverse weather conditions, mobility restrictions imposed by authorities, or areas affected by natural disasters or other emergencies.

In this regard, Copykrea shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, commonly referred to as “force majeure” events.

Copykrea shall not be held responsible when orders are not delivered within the estimated timeframe due to causes attributable to the shipping carrier. Therefore, shipping charges will not be refundable.

However, if you selected Rush or Priority Production and your order is ultimately processed under the Standard Production method due to issues within our production facility, you may request a refund of the difference between the two services. In other words, we will refund the additional amount paid for the Rush or Priority Production service, minus the difference between the shipping cost of Standard Production and the shipping cost of Rush or Priority Production.

Delivery shall be deemed completed when the proof of delivery has been signed and recorded within the courier’s tracking systems.

Finally, Copykrea shall not be responsible for any additional costs arising from customs duties, taxes, or clearance procedures.
