Important! Requirements for DTF gang sheets
- Dimensions: 24 inches wide. The length will depend on your gang sheet size, but the minimum print length is 3.3 feet.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Format: PNG with a transparent background.
- Resolution: 300 dpi.
- Design: no mirrored elements, with a minimum line thickness of 2 pt (2 mm) and a spacing of 0.12–0.16 inches between graphic elements for optimal handling.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the production method selected. With standard production, you will receive your order in approximately 4 to 7 days working days. How should DTF prints be ironed?
For proper DTF application, we recommend using a temperature between 145 and 150 °C (293 and 302 °F), a pressure of approximately 3 to 3.5 bar (44 to 51 PSI) and a pressing time of 10 to 12 seconds. Please note that these values may vary slightly depending on the fabric and equipment used, so it is always advisable to carry out a test before starting a full production run.

How do you recommend storing DTF?
Store it in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid humidity and extreme temperatures. We also recommend keeping the material flat or rolled, without folding it or placing weight on top, to prevent deformation.

How does DTF printing feel to the touch?
DTF printing feels soft and flexible, adapting to the fabric’s movement. It keeps colours vibrant without an unpleasant plastic feel.

How do I calculate the size of my DTF Gang Sheet?
The print width is fixed. You only need to calculate the total length occupied by your designs to determine how much print space you need. Remember that the minimum order length is 3.3 feet.

How should I wash and care for a garment customized with DTF?
To keep your garments in perfect condition, wash them inside out and preferably in cold water. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents. Although prints produced using XPRIN's Nano Pro Max technology offer excellent resistance to washing and tumble drying, following these recommendations will help preserve the design for longer.
